Use this simple, but effective checklist to see how satisfied you are with your life today. It is an excellent way of assessing different aspects of your life in a way that is both honest and constructive.

Your results may suggest that you are ‘putting up with’ a number of areas in your life; those which score 6 or below. This is not untypical and need not discourage you. Use the checklist as a way of highlighting areas in your life which can be so much better, and which you can do a great deal to change.
Increasing your score in one area often has a positive effect on other areas. Working with a Life Coach you can discuss whether you would like to focus on one area, of on several.
