Making Choices, Making Changes

‘I decided to do the Making Choices course with Ruth at the right time. I was feeling very depressed and dissatisfied because of an uncertain professional life for me in the UK. Love Yourself, Heal Your Life (Louise L Hay)

‘I started Louise Hay course “You Can Heal Yourself”, with Ruth Guy at the beginning of the year, I felt there were many changes going on in my life and needed a helping hand to guide me through this “bumpy” ride. Ruth has this amazing ability to make you feel at ease and relaxed in what to me was a difficult phase in my life. Along with meditation, following Louise’s book, lots of group discussion and Ruth’s wonderful way, after twelve weeks I felt I could take on the world, (well almost)!!! I am extremely grateful for all Ruth gave me during this course, and when there is a dull moment in my life I simply refer to my notes and refresh myself of all I have learned.’
